L’Oréal Wins Gold Award for Best Annual Report

Earns recognition from TOP/COM for progressive eco-design approach.

Global beauty company L’Oréal was presented with the Gold Award for the best Annual Report at the 27th TOP/COM GRANDS PRIX Corporate Business Awards Ceremony in Paris on April 12, 2023.
 
The TOP/COM awards are given to the year’s leading communication initiatives in around 30 categories, selected by a jury of 46 marketing and communication experts. 
 
This award recognizes the work of L’Oréal’s Financial Communication team. True to the Group’s commitments, the 2021 Annual Report unveiled a progressive eco-design approach aimed at reducing energy and resource consumption while optimizing browsing. The 2022 Annual Report builds on that momentum this year, with features such as the option to browse in “energy-saver” mode and the choice between watching videos or reading the transcript to further cut back on energy use.

L’Oréal’s sales amounted to 38.26 billion euros ($40.9 billion) for fiscal year 2022, up by +18.5% as reported, with firm demand in the United States and Europe helping to offset the dent from coronavirus disruptions in China.
